I have the willingness to say the things that are needed to hear and not what is desired to hear. Small talk is not my strong side, authentic connections is my currency. 

I am choosing to be a coach who speaks from the heart. I have for now had more than four coaches and I have missed a focus partner who is unapologetically daring to dive into all that I have hidden away, so I became one.
