1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all coaching services, courses, retreats, and digital products offered through this website. By purchasing or engaging with my services, you agree to these terms.

My services are designed for personal and professional development. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional, and my work is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
 

2. Booking & Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans may be offered for longer programs. All prices are listed in NOK (Norwegian kroner) or EUR, including VAT if applicable.
 

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Private coaching: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Programs and retreats: For longer programs, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase if the program has not yet started. After that, no refunds will be given unless otherwise stated.

Digital products: Due to the nature of downloadable content, purchases of ebooks, audio, or digital programs are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
 

4. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential. I will not share your personal details, session content, or materials unless required by law or if I believe there is a risk of harm to you or others.
 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through this website — including downloads, videos, exercises, and text — is protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, or resell any material without prior written permission.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

I offer my services in good faith and with professionalism, but I cannot guarantee specific results. You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, I am not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of this website or my services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved under Norwegian jurisdiction.

6. Third-Party Services

Refund Policy

Applies to: All coaching services, programs, retreats, and digital products offered through www.ingridsoosaar.com.

1. Private Coaching (1:1 sessions and long-term programs)

Your transformation begins the moment you commit — and I honor that commitment by holding your space from day one.

• 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Law/GDPR Compliant):
  If you purchase a long-term program (e.g., 6-month coaching), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — provided the program has not yet started (i.e., no sessions or materials accessed).

• After Coaching Begins:
  Once the first session has taken place or digital materials have been accessed, the program is non-refundable. This ensures the depth and integrity of our work together.

• Session Cancellations:
  You may reschedule a private session with 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
  
   

2. Retreats / In-Person Events

Due to limited spaces and upfront costs (venue, catering, etc.):

• Refunds are available up to 30 days before the retreat date, minus a non-refundable deposit (usually 25%).

• Within 30 days of the retreat, no refunds are given. However, your spot may be transferable to another participant (with prior written agreement).
  
   

3. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital content:

• All digital products (ebooks, meditations, mini-courses, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• If you experience technical issues, I’m happy to help resolve them — simply contact info@yescoaching.com.
  
   

4. Exceptions

In rare, exceptional cases (e.g., documented medical or family emergencies), refunds may be considered at my discretion. I will always aim to act with fairness and integrity, while honoring the container we have created.

 

5. Payment Plans & Non-Payment

If you’ve chosen a payment plan for a coaching package or program:

• You are responsible for completing the agreed payments, even if you decide not to complete the program.

• Non-payment or failed attempts may result in loss of access to materials or services until payments are resumed.
